[jira] [Commented] (DIRSTUDIO-933) Order search value history by creation date instead of alphabetically

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRSTUDIO-933?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17495176#comment-17495176 ]

Lothar Haeger commented on DIRSTUDIO-933:
-----------------------------------------

This is still an issue and actually a bug, imho. The quick search value history is kept in order of last use as long as one selects items from that list. but as soon as one eneters a new search value not yet found in the history, it gets sorted alphabetically somehow.

Here's demo of how to trigger the issue with M17 on macOS: https://youtu.be/0zRBHveNp7c

> The search value history shouldn't be sorted alphabetically but rather historically, either by creation date or last use date
