Jackrabbit oak migration

Currently I'm using Jackrabbit 2.8.0 for Java Enterprise Application

Would need to move to Oak with MongoDB.

Are there any migration guide available for moving to Oak?

How well is support for clustering for Oak with MongoDB?

Any other pointers I need to consider?
