[PATCH] Apache 1.3 on NetWare - solve empty dir problem

I would like to see the attached patches in for NetWare which solves the empty dir problem.
We have now tested the patch for over 2 months and it seems to work fine...
Brad, can you review it? That are the same patches I got from you; + one export in the imp for getting Thomas' mod_rpaf running...
