STEPS:
* Create new user by 'Admin'-- 'Users'-- 'Add local user'
* Enter username, password, disable checkbox 'admin'
* Sign out from current account
* Try to sign in as created user
* Actual result: after clicking 'sign in' button id does not redirect to dasboard and stays on 'Login page'
