[~zhuqi], thanks for the patch! I would rephrase this documentation a bit to be more in line with the rest of the document:
_Changing queue configuration automatically_ -> Since this is basically a periodical checking of the queue configuration I would rather say something like: _Enabling periodic configuration refresh_
_You can automatically changing queue configuration by editing **conf/capacity-scheduler.xml** without running *yarn rmadmin -refreshQueues*._ -> _Enabling queue configuration periodic refresh allows changing the configuration by editing the **conf/capacity-scheduler.xml** without the necessicity of calling *yarn rmadmin -refreshQueues*._
Instead of the "you should"s I would rather use gerunds like: _You should enable this for changing queue configuration automatically. Default value is false._ -> _Enabling monitoring is necessary for the periodic refresh. Default value is false._
