Status of SVN-1.1 Clients?

Hello,

Perhaps the developers of the various SVN clients are subscribed to this
list... I'm wondering: are there any plans to release versions of your
products built with Subversion 1.1?

At my company, we are currently evaluating the migration of all our
repositories from CVS to SVN, but one of the top-of-the-list requirements is
to have a desktop GUI SVN client. Currently, one of our development
departments works with a Visual Studio.NET CVS add-in for C++ work, while
the other department works with jEdit and WinCVS for domain-language work.

AnkhSVN (VS.net add-in) and RapidSVN (standalone client) seem to be the
equivalents of those tools in the SVN world, respectively. Both tools are on
their SVN-1.0 versions. AFAIK, currently TortoiseSVN is the only desktop
SVN-1.1 GUI client available (as opposed to command-line, or web-based,
tools), and it seems to be the only client of that type that's ready for
production.

Any ideas on when the new versions of AnkhSVN, RapidSVN and other clients
might be ready?

Thanks,
Esteban.

I am the main developer of AnkhSVN. We obviously intend to release a version
of Ankh linked to Subversion 1.1, preferrably as soon as possible. Ankh is
*not* an abandoned project, despite the lack of recent activity. But I can't
give you a date, since it is dependent on a lot of external factors.
