> Currently, during block deletion, OM sends a {{DeletedBlocksTransaction}} to SCM containing only the list of {{{}BlockID{}}}s to be deleted. However, this lacks block-level size information, making it difficult for SCM to compute accurate metrics on pending deletions and total space that will be reclaimed.
