ffmpeg compiled in Windows is it legal topublic¿?

Hello Maxim,

I've compiled with success ffmpeg 3.4.1, last version,
in Windows 10 with:

lame 3.100 .....downloaded from sourceforge

fdk-aac 0.1.5 ...downloaded from sourceforge

last_x264 ......downloaded from videolan

ffmpeg 3.4.1 ....downloaded from ffmpeg.org

This is my question: is it legal upload and public
these files, ffmpeg.exe, ffprobe.exe, lame.exe and
x264.exe for anyone?

Because you said something about fdk-aac...?

The recordings in OpenMeetings-Windows are rights.

Thanks

Alvaro
