Hi,
I would recommend reading the documentation at https://jackrabbit.apache.org/jcr/getting-started-with-apache-jackrabbit.html <https://jackrabbit.apache.org/jcr/getting-started-with-apache-jackrabbit.html> and the linked pages.
Also notice that Jackrabbit 2 is mostly in maintenance mode nowadays, so you should start using Apache Jackrabbit Oak instead: https://jackrabbit.apache.org/oak/docs/use_getting_started.html <https://jackrabbit.apache.org/oak/docs/use_getting_started.html>
