Now that we have OFS, we can unify the scheme used in ozone shell (i.e. {{ozone sh}} command) with FS shell. This should enable a better user experience.

e.g. we should allow:

{code}
ozone sh volume create ofs://om/volume1
ozone sh bucket create ofs://om/volume1/bucket2
{code}
