roller a a jar file

Hello,
  How do I roller a JAR file within my webapp. In that case where do I put
themes etc and how do I access roller pages ?

Roller is a webapp and is not really designed or intended to be place
within another webapp. I'm not aware of any documentation that
explains how to do that.
