1. HDInsigh is running on the RStudio

*Steps to reproduce:*
 # Terminate HDInsigh
 # Go to RStudio UI
 # Go to .Renviron

*Actual result:*
1. Password is still available for terminated HDInsight

Expected result:
1. Password is not available for terminated HDInsight
