Avalon Logger + LogKit ExtendedFormatterIssues

Hi,

I just was told that ExtendedPatternFormatter no longer reports the correct 
method when used from within Avalons Logger wrapper. (because it looks for 
the caller of the logkit Logger which is always the Avalon Logger).

I will have a look at it eventually unless someone gets to it first :)
