To reproduce this bug, follow these steps:

1. Download [flink-shaded-hadoop-2-uber-2.8.3-10.0.jar|https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.flink/flink-shaded-hadoop-2-uber/2.8.3-10.0] and put it in the {{lib}} directory.
2. Run {{bin/flink stop}}
