can't create subscriber out of the box even using AMQ console

Hi,
I installed AMQ 5.2 and tried to create topic and durable subscriber to it
via web console.
Then I published the message to that topic and subscriber did not get one.

I started to play with console because my Spring Consumer can't see any
message.

Please help!!
