[jira] [Created] (CB-2319) Add Windows Phone 8-specific project settings guide

Filip Maj created CB-2319:
-----------------------------

Summary: Add Windows Phone 8-specific project settings guide
                 Key: CB-2319
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-2319
             Project: Apache Cordova
          Issue Type: Sub-task
          Components: Docs, WP8
    Affects Versions: 2.3.0
            Reporter: Filip Maj
            Assignee: Jesse MacFadyen
             Fix For: 2.4.0

I've added a top-level project settings guide that is platform agnostic. There is also now a stub for Windows Phone 8-specific guide w.r.t. the project settings.
Can you fill out the details of the Windows Phone 8 guide for the project settings and add any <preference> tag support that is not mentioned?
You can follow the Android and iOS guides as a template.
