The configMgr console fetches out the name and description from the OSGI-INF/metatype/metatype.properties file.  It'd be nice if the bundles and services consoles did as well.

You can currently get a description in the bundles and services consoles by using the service.description property, but it's sub-optimal to have to duplicate it between the metatype.properties file and the source file, and the one in the source file is harder on translators.
