ConversationManager lookup by key or iterator?

Hi

any reason we iterate over conversations to find the one from cId and
sessionId in org.apache.webbeans.conversation.ConversationManager#getPropogatedConversation
and we don't use a ConversationId{cId, sessionId} key in a Map?
