Scenario: Enable debug Metrics

Eg: Consider the above highlighted example. *GlossaryREST_deleteGlossary*

Here

Min Time : 1.920 (seconds)

Max Time : 5.530 (seconds) and 

Average Time : 5.530 (seconds)
