[proxy] Licenses...
All,
I'm not an expert on licensing. Since I've based this code on some
other non-apache code (hessian, burlap, cglib, javassist, "oswego
concurrent", etc.), do I need to include license information in the
NOTICE.txt file?

Presuming that their licenses allow them to be used as a dependency,
and distributed, then you only need to add them if you distribute
them.
http://www.apache.org/legal/3party.html shows the ones we're allowed
to depend on.
