Working on SimpleAxisServer - FYI

Hi all,
 
After the transport/parser layer abstraction the SimpleAxisServer is not
changed accordingly. I am taking this over and working to make it
available for 1.2 Final release. Also this is useful to find and
eliminate the memory leaks of the Axis Server.
