Javadoc - no values for debug level parameter

Summary: Javadoc - no values for debug level parameter
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.5 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Digester
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: me@howardmiller.co.uk

The Javadoc states that setting the 'debug' parameter will set the amount of debugging
information, but does not give a range of possible values. There is no way of knowing what value
would give the maximimum amount of information.

A short example of setting up logging would also be useful as it if far from intuitive to newbies.
