   Proposing `FileIO#listFilesPaged` and its non-iterative sibling `FileIO#listFiles` .

   * `FileIOTest#testListFiles`
   * `FileIOTest#testListFilesPaged`
   
   ### API and Format
   
   Adding `listFilesPaged` method to `FileIO` interface.
   
   ### Documentation
   
   As described in the methods' JavaDocs.
