"Java-Apache" project name change

I'll sneak this in now that the 1.3b3 announcement is done...  :-)  This
actually took place last weekend.

The participants of the formerly-named "JSDK-Apache Project" have decided
to rename it the "Java-Apache Project".  Could we get someone to modify
the project reference in "http://www.apache.org/related_projects.html"?

In related news, it looks like the group will be rolling out mod_jserv 0.9.8
soon.  Info on mod_jserv is available at
   http://java.apache.org/
