parquet-logging.properties is missing in hive conf when HDP is upgraded. Same file exists in the fresh installation.

Previous HDP version: 2.3.2.0-2950 
Current HDP version: 2.5.3.0-37 

Previous Ambari: 2.2.2.17-2 
Current Ambari: 2.4.2.0

The problem is that this file was introduced by HDP 2.6, but if a pre-existing version of Hive is installed, then the RPMs don't overwrite the existing configurations.
