[PROP] Upgrade jakarta-slide-webdavlib from beta1 to RC1

Hello,

it would be great if we could update the webdavlib, since a lot of bugs
have been fixed in this rc1. 

For example one important issue which also affects the newly designed
Repository interface and its WebDAV implementation concerning versioning
and locking.

I would really appreciate the upgrade.
