ATS Issue

Dear Team,


I had "@plugin=cache_promote.so @pparam=âEUR"policy=lru @pparam=âEUR"hits=3 @pparam=âEUR"buckets=10000" for my remap config.But cache automatically store for the first hit.
any one suggest me , The correct way to fix it.
