DataNucleus already has support for this style of feature, so implementating it would just need the jdo-api.jar updating (after the 3.1 release), and some minor additions to DN to use the JDO names. See http://www.datanucleus.org/products/accessplatform_3_0/rdbms/multitenancy.html
