JSP Chinese Characters

Hi!

I have tried Chinese Characters in JSP, it works. (Chinese WindowsNT,
big5)

For the characters outside of jsp tags, they are left untouched.

For the characters inside of jsp tags, they are having the same
behaviour as Java.

Please keep the behaviour for the coming releases.
