[jira] [Updated] (GEODE-2252) Remove doc reference to too-old vmware guide

Karen Smoler Miller updated GEODE-2252:
---------------------------------------
    Description:
The docs section on Performance Tuning discusses running on vSphere. That documentation may still be relevant, but the end of the section has a link to very old and no-longer-relevant documentation. So, remove the link.

At the same time, update the Geode book subnav to not reference subsections (within this performance tuning subsection) distinguished by anchors, as this causes the subnav to misbehave.
