> See also SPARK-13529, SPARK-13548. In the same spirit [~rxin] I'd like to put the {{docker}} and {{docker-integration-test}} modules, and everything under {{extras}}, under {{external}}. This groups these pretty logically related modules and removes three top-level dirs.
