Jewel ControlBar removed

Hi,

in Jewel, ControlBar was only used in AlertView, and is really an HGroup
with some little config (gap and item alignment).
That component was introducing lots of files for nothing, so I removed it,
as part of the actual cleaning and documentation.

Don't think anyone is using it, but if that's the case you can easily
replace for HGroup, BarRow, or any other container
