[jira] Closed: (AXISCPP-732) Content-type header appears twice in MIME Header

Mark Whitlock closed AXISCPP-732:
---------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

I have now fixed this problem by separating out SoapAttachmentReference from SoapAttachment. This allows a ISoapAttachment to be reused, and it also allows multiple references to point to the same attachment.
