[RESULT] [VOTE] Release of Apache MRQL 0.9.0 incubating (RC5)

Hello,
This vote passes with the following three +1 votes from MRQL PPMC
members:

+1 Leonidas Fegaras
+1 Upa Gupta
+1 Edward J. Yoon

There were no 0 or -1 votes.

We still need a 72 hour vote from the Incubator PMC before we can
officially release the MRQL 0.9.0-incubating artifacts. I will ask for
vote at general@incubator.apache.org on Monday morning.
