Visual Portal Designer

    hi,all.
   i am an newbie for jetspeed. i had read some material with apache
that was not in  my favorable arragement. i learnt some knowledge
about portlet,layout,menu,fregment ,etc. but ,i can not find any tools
or plugins for visually design the portal as acting as DreamWeaver for
HTML.
     could somebody  teach me?thx at all.
