Tomcat InProcess execution problem

Hello!
Sorry  i trouble you  but  i really need your help!
I'm trying to run Tomcat 3.2 inside IIS.
First of all , i  seted up Tomcat redirection plugin - it's OK.
After that i followed  the instraction "in-process-howto" and i have got Exception :

Including all jars in D:\Tomcat\lib in your CLASSPATH.

Moreover - isapi_redirect.dll isn't loaded (red arrow).
My server.xml, workers.properties and uriworkermap.properties file are attached.
All jar files and  jni_connect.dll are placed in valid path.

And one  more question:
If i run tomcat inside IIS, does it mean that  i won't be able  to run servlet like 
localhost:8080/servlet/MyServlet    ?
