Log:
Remove reference to the redundant file list in the SGA which was confusing for some.  We should restore if we can find a way to post a public copy of that list.

Simple:  It does not make sense to have a public document refer the
reader to details in a non-public document which they do not have
access to.   This was confusing to some readers.
