[jira] [Commented] (AMQ-6861) Allow customisation of network bridge creation logic

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-6861?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16297312#comment-16297312 ]

Hadrian Zbarcea commented on AMQ-6861:
--------------------------------------

A broker can have multiple network connectors. I was thinking if it make sense for different connectors to have different kind of bridges. I am inclined to believe that the answer is yes, especially for heterogeneous topologies.

What I am suggesting it to have an attribute like _bridge="foo"_ default for the broker that could be overwritten for a specific connector (_bridge="bar"_). A bridge="default" or unspecified at all will default to the current behavior.

Thoughts?
