If you use Microsoft Outlook, and your messages get rejected by the mailing
list, here's what you have to do:

You have to select the "Options" entry in the "Tools" menu...

Go to the "Send" tab, and select "Plain Text" for both Mail Sending format
and News Sending Format. Click on "Plan Text Settings" in the "Mail Sending
Format" area, select MIME with "Encode Text Using" set to None... DO NOT
allow 8 bit chars in headers, and you're more or less done...
