[jira] [Created] (AMBARI-8266) Hive Tez recommendation warning
Srimanth Gunturi created AMBARI-8266:
----------------------------------------
Summary: Hive Tez recommendation warning
Key: AMBARI-8266
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-8266
Project: Ambari
Issue Type: Bug
Components: ambari-server
Affects Versions: 1.7.0
Reporter: Srimanth Gunturi
Assignee: Srimanth Gunturi
Fix For: 1.7.0
1) installed single node cluster using HDP 2.2 (hdfs, yarn,mr,tez, zk)
2) post install, added hive + pig
3) accepted the default values and it warned me that one was not recommended
I didn't change any values that show up and accepted, which means these were the recommendations. But it's telling me one of the values is not recommended and that I should change.
This might be just a rounding error but to a user, this was confusing. ambari gave me the values, and then it tells me one of the values is not recommended.
