I just noticed that in CHANGES, the versions of components still says "1.17":

 While this issue is listed in the Other Changes section as upgrading Tika to "1.18":

 It's just a simple matter of changing the value in the Versions of Major Components section, right? That's not auto-generated from anywhere is it?
