   I was asked to migrate out Netty to `4.1.119.Final` to deal with CVE CVE-2024-47535 on `branch_9x`.  However, I see this guy sitting out here, and he fixes another CVE CVE-2025-55163, according to https://netty.io/news/2025/08/13/4-2-4.html.
   
   Any reason not to merge this?   And maybe back port this version to `branch_9x`?
