Status of plugin-related JIRA issues

Hello everyone,

I am trying to go though the backlog of JIRA issues and clean them out. 
I have resolved all the ones that I could (i.e., the simple ones that 
didn't need much investigation).

I count about 7 more recent issues related to the 
maven-bundle-plugin...I will try to look over these as soon as I can an 
post a summary of them, so we can discuss what to do.

I am traveling, so my connectivity is spotty at best, but these aren't 
being ignored.
