Cocoon2 JSP generator

Sorry, if this has been asked, but I can't find it.  Is there a jsp generator?  and what about a URL generator?  One that can take URLs as a parameter.  I am interested in one for jsps and servlets, but it would be nice to have one for any arbitrary URL.
