   ### What happened
   
   When I upgrade ds from v1.3.9 to v3.0.0 , a lot of errors are encountered.
   The meta database I'm using is mysql.
   Errors such as file cannot be found and column not found etc.
   I have solved the problem and can submit the code.
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   You may encounter the same error when upgrading.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Upgrade ds from v1.3.9 to v3.0.0.
   
   ### Anything else
