We are going to release 0.10.1 version of Samza now. This JIRA will be a placeholder to track the steps:
1. Send out DISCUSS email and get approval
2. Prepare the release branch and create the release candidate
3. Send out VOTE email and get approval
4. Publish and complete the release process
