[jira] [Created] (FOP-2852) relative-align on list-item is ignored

Björn Kautler created FOP-2852:
----------------------------------

Summary: relative-align on list-item is ignored
                 Key: FOP-2852
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FOP-2852
             Project: FOP
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 2.3
            Reporter: Björn Kautler
         Attachments: image-2019-03-18-15-51-15-406.png

When you have a list-item where in the first line is an inline image, the enumeration is too high as it is top-aligned like this:

!image-2019-03-18-15-51-15-406.png!

As far as I have seen this is ok as default behavior.
But if the `list-item` has the attribute `relative-align` set to `baseline` it should align to the baseline as far as I understood, but it seems Fop totally ignores this.

The screenshot is made with the attribute set.
