   ### Summary
   
   Deepens `ConsumerGroupControllerTest` with the three consumer group detail endpoints that had no coverage: the manual refresh, the per-queue progress and the subscription list.
   
   ### Changes
   
   - `server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/instance/group/ConsumerGroupControllerTest.java`
     - `refreshConsumerGroupShouldDelegateAndReturnRefreshedGroupTest`: POST /refresh delegates and returns the refreshed group.
     - `groupProgressShouldReturnQueueLagRowsTest`: GET /{name}/progress returns per-queue lag rows.
     - `groupSubscriptionsShouldReturnEntriesTest`: GET /{name}/subscriptions returns subscription entries.
   
   Suite grows from 20 to 23 tests.
   
   ### Testing
   
   - `mvn -B test -Dtest=ConsumerGroupControllerTest` passes (23 tests, all green).
