In REEF-206 we removed these tags from most {{.csproj}} files but {{Org.Apache.REEF.Network.csproj}} and {{Org.Apache.REEF.Examples.AllHandlers.csproj}} still have them. We should remove them so that handling of these parameters is consistent across all projects.
