cloudbase-init - Windows password

Hello,

Did someone used cloudbase-init on ACS with VMware ? i ask because looks like is not working, installed on Windows 2008, 2012, 8.1, 7.  i'm not sure if is something wrong with cloudbase or something wrong on ACS side.

Yes, after restart was ok. i installed again, and again, every time is something different, like password works after restart or not.
